For studio shoots, we return the colour edited photos on the following week's Sunday. For clients who wish to have their photos returned earlier, you may opt for express editing (3 days) at an additional $50.

We do not have a limit on the total number of pax, but we recommend keeping it to 40 pax and below. Feel free to consult us if you have more.

Our photographer will help to arrange your family. We will rotate between full family photos, individual smaller family nucleus, individual photos of children etc.
We will typically start off with families with babies/toddlers to help warm them up. Once they are warmed up, we will pull everyone together for the full family photo quickly, in case they get cranky towards the bad.
Things might not always go smoothly and our photographer will be there to guide your family through different permutations.

Mini sessions are good for:
- Family of 5-6 pax with all adults from 1 household nucleus
- Families with newborn only, or one 1-year-old child only
- Couples with 1/2 pets
- Families with 1/2 child(ren) above 7 year old who can take well to instructions
Classic sessions are good for:
- Families with children aged 2 to 6 year old
- Families with 2 children or more with at least 1 child aged 2 to 6 year old
- Families with more than 6 adults constituting of 2 or more couples
- Families who require more warm up time for the child
- Families with 1 or 2 nucleus group - e.g. Mum + Dad + kids + Grandparents
Deluxe sessions are good for:
- Families with more than 2 different nucleus group - e.g. Mum + Dad + kids + Grandparents + Mum/Dad sibling(s) + Mum/Dad sibling(s) kids
- Families with more than 10 pax
- Additional 30mins will be good for families with at least 3 nucleus group

Consider booking/upgrading to a higher tier package. If you have a big family with many young children or have more than 3 household groups, you can consider extending the shoot by 30mins for an additional $350. Extension of shoot can be done on the day itself, however not guaranteed if we have other sessions after yours.

We recommend you to avoid booking a time slot that coincides with their usual nap time. Do try to book a timing where they are usually the most awake. If you are managing a multi-generation family shoot, we recommend your family with baby to come first and ask the rest of the family members to reach at a slightly later timing so that we can have a more relax and non-distracting environment to photograph.
We have toys, squeakers, bubble gun, iPad (for playing music) to help warm-up, and catch the attention of babies and children of different age.

Yes, babies, toddlers and children are considered a pax!

Generally speaking, neutral, earth tone colour palette clothings would go well with our set. It would be best to stick to 1 coordinated colour to maintain consistency, + white/off-whites/beige clothings.
Avoid clothings with large prints.
Shoes are allowed in the set so do make sure to dress up your feet as well!

Please arrive only 5-15 mins earlier before your shoot to avoid having to wait in a non-air conditioned environment. For families with big groups, kindly avoid coming too early (e.g. 30 mins early) as we will wish for a pleasant environment for any on-going family shoots before your session.

There is a good chance that we have back to back sessions so please stick to your time slot and only arrive 5-15mins earlier to avoid clashing with the previous family. If your child tends to need time to warm up, do book a longer session.

It can be really hard to predict the temper of babies/toddlers. We will try our best to cheer on your child but nobody knows them best than you. We recommend parents to embrace it if your child is having a hard time on that day and make the best out of the shoot! Years later, crying photos are the best ones to laugh at!

If we have an appointment right after yours, we will have to cut short your session and end on time as per the appointment slot you booked. If we do not have an appointment right after yours, a late fee of $30 per 15 minutes will be imposed if you wish to have the same amount of time.

Deposit will be required upon booking to confirm your slot. The remaining balance will be collected on the photoshoot day via Paynow.

For families who are driving, you may wish to park outside the building at the public parallel carpark lots as it is cheaper. Public parallel parking is also free on Sundays and Public Holidays.

We will filter out photos that are our test shots, blurred ones, and repeated photos. We return all photos that we deem good. Occasionally, you might spot a few unglamorous photos but if we think that you and your family might get a good laugh out of it, we will return it anyways!

Photos will be sent to you via an online gallery link that is valid for 90 days. After the expiration date, there will be an admin fee of $20 to reactivate or extend the gallery.

Photos are 4000x6000 pixels, 300 PPI with a lossless compression applied to it. Please note that the file size downloaded does not correlate to quality. You can use the high resolution photos downloaded from the online gallery for prints up to A2. If you require any larger file size, do let us know the image number and dimensions required (up to 3 photos per album).

Why do you need our test shots of the floor and 10 same versions of the same photos? We ask that you trust us to filter out the good ones.
RAW photos will not be returned as they are not representative of the works we produce.

Our photoshoot packages only include colour edited photos. Color edited photos includes exposure correction, cropping & straightening, colour adjustments.
Retouched Images refers to manually doing photoshop edits to improve remove blemishes, face slimming, etc. These are chargeable per photo if required. Please make a request after you receive the photos. You may refer to the link here for more details.

Yes we do provide wooden frames and canvas printing services. The prices can be found in your online gallery when you receive the photos back from us :)

For mini sessions, there wouldn’t be enough time to accommodate change of clothes.
For classic and deluxe sessions, you can consider having 1 extra set of clothes. Do note that no extra time is given for changing of attire.

Yes we are! We do not charge for up to 2 pets. Subsequent pet(s) will be chargeable at $30/pet. We have dog treats, toys, squeakers, pee pads and diaper. You are recommended to bring your own if your dog have a sensitive palette.

Kindly note that we only accept weekday rentals, with a minimum of 2 hour booking.

You can bring your own props but we do recommend to keep it simple or in line with the theme. If you plan to order balloons, you may send it to our studio prior to your shoot (earliest would be the day before). Do drop us an email to arrange.

We do not have a dedicated changing room, but the toilet is available for use.

Yes, there is a refrigerator in the studio. The studio will only accept storage of cakes for not more than 48 hours. The studio will not be liable for any damage of cake(s). Kindly email us to check on the intended delivery date and time before arranging.

We do not have a specific cake smash set. The background of the cake smash shoot will depend on the current set design. Kindly note that there is a $30 clean up fee for all cake smash, and cake will have to be arranged by the client.

We do not specialise in wrapped-up style of newborn photography.

Background of maternity shoot will be dependant on the current set design. We’d recommend couples to book a mini session, or a classic session if you’d like to do multiple outfits. Please bring along your baby scans, clothing, or any other cherished items you'd like to include as keepsakes
