We highly recommend coming by car/private hire to avoid sweating before the photoshoot session
What time to reach
We highly recommend families come either on time or only up to 10 minutes earlier to avoid having to wait for a long time, especially if you have younger children as they might get restless while waiting. For big families, please avoid coming too early e.g. 20-30mins early as we wish to provide a pleasant experience for all families.
We have lunch breaks in between sessions as well so if your family comes while we are away, the shared hallway outside our studio is not a pleasant place to wait around as it can be rather hot.
Parking
There is ample non-sheltered parking within the studio’s building compound. However, the parking is extremely expensive at $1.60/30mins.
We would recommend to park your car along the parallel lots outside the building
Amenities
Restroom: One Male and one Female toilet within our studio’s compound. It is a spacious restroom with enough space to change comfortably.
Nursing Room: We don’t have a nursing room, but we have a holding room usually used for the next session’s family. (subject to availability). Please bring a changing pad and nursing cover.
Drinks: Tap water will be available. Hot water may be requested. Packet drinks will be served.
Photobooth: A complimentary experience for you and your families to walk away with some
Post-Shoot
Photo Delivery
Photos will be delivered on the next Sunday (the Sunday after the Sunday that's about to happen), via an online gallery where you and your family members will be able to download the digital images.
All good photos are returned. This means that our editing team will be removing photos that we deem as test shots, unprepared shots, repeated shots. The remaining photos including candid photos will be returned, with the exposure, colors, and crop adjusted for, to maintain a consistent look throughout the gallery
Retouching
Our photography packages does not include any retouching. Retouching fees are chargeable based on complexity. For more details on retouching, Click Here
Framing
We do provide print and framing services. We believe that the act of bringing the digital photo to life, framing it up, and mounting it onto the walls of your home is what completes a photoshoot experience. Hence, we offer a 15% discount if you order them within 2 weeks of receiving your online gallery. While you are at our studio, you may take a look at the different frame profiles we offer. Kindly check with our photographer or assistants around if you need help. You may order standard-size prints & frames directly via your online gallery - the same one that you access to view and download your photos. We do offer custom sizes as well. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:
Kindly ensure all footwear are relatively new / frequently worn. Soles of old shoes tend to leave scuff marks on our studio floor and there will be a $30 clean-up fee if required.
We appreciate if all clients can come on time for their session. Any delays may result in your session being cut short, or a late fee of $30 per 15 minutes will be imposed. BUT pleaseeee DO NOT COME UP OVERLY EARLY. About 10-15 mins is just right!
Please keep distractions for your kids at bay, especially snacks and toys that you don’t wish for him/her to hold during the shoot! It can be very challenging to divert their attention away from it without upsetting them.
