Client may come in, 15 minutes before their session. Client will also have a grace period of 15 minutes after the rental session ends. If the rental exceeds the booked timing, client is liable to pay the extra rental fees in 0.5hr blocks.

Dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters are welcomed. Kindly help to minimise accidents by making sure they potty before coming up to the studio, and or wear diapers for dogs that tends to mark.

Up to 4 pets are allowed for any studio booking. Any more than that, the cleaning fee will be increased to $60. A maximum of 10 dogs are allowed in the studio. KIndly let us know if your project requires more than 10 dogs.

Please make sure to clean up any pee and poop. The client is liable for any damage to furnitures.

Extra cleaning fee of $50 if there is uncleaned pet poop or urine.

There is around 50 parking lots within the building’s compound. (Tannery House) There are also additional parkings available at the roadside around the building, as well as parking at the nearby buildings.

The parking in the building is $1.60 per 30 minutes on all days except Sunday where it is $2.70 per entry. We highly recommend to park at the parallel lots right outside the building. Buildings beside Tannery House offers more affordable parking at $1.20 per hour.

The building has 3 cargo lift that operates from 8am - 7pm. During odd hours, the cargo lifts are shut down. They can still be switched on by informing the on site security guard. Do pre-empt us if you need to move things during odd hours.

Generally, we do not have any issues with dining within the studio. However, please exercise good hygiene. We will check through the studio and if there is excessive food waste or drinks spillage around the studio, an additional $30 cleaning fee will be imposed.
